Hi, my name is Gianluca Buonvino, ever since I was a child, I have had a passion for cooking. One thing led to another and now BBQ has taken over my life. There’s something magical about the smell of wood burning, of fresh meat marinating, the salt, the spices, the tenderness and juiciness of a well-cooked piece of meat. Even though BBQ must be enjoyed in moderation, I can’t help myself but to constantly search for the best techniques and flavours to perfect it. As a graphic design student, BBQ has become more than just a hobby, it’s a way for me to practice multitasking and mastering time management.
